Full-grain leather Veldskoen shoes start out stiff but quickly stretch and soften. When you first try them on, they need to fit very tightly over the bridge of your foot. Within a few minutes of wear, they will stretch to fit comfortably. Wear them with socks the first 2-5 times to allow them to completely soften and take on the shape of your foot. Once worn in, Veldskoen can confidently be worn without socks. Our breathable leather is a natural deodorizer. 
Men choose M size and Women choose W sizing.

SPRINGBOK

The South African Lowveld is the name given a magical area that lies at an elevation of between 500 and 2000 feet above sea level. It makes up part of the South African provinces KwaZulu-Natal and Mpumalanga, and also extends into neighbouring Swaziland. Imagine green lush grass, as far as the eye can see, that is teaming with wildlife. The Lowveld is a signature view of the Southern African Plains.

Nice quality great style

This is my 3rd pair of Veldskoen heritage boots. This time I went against the size chart sizing down. They are perfect. I get many compliments and asked where I got them all the time. Love them, considering buying another pair in the smaller size.

Very comfortable shoe!

I finally got a pair! I picked the bright green springbok pair because they were a bit more fun with th embroidery on them. Plus, bright green is novel! I tend to go by the size charts based on the EU sizing, it seems to be the most consistent. I am a 41, got a 41 and inside it shows US men’s 8, women’s 10/ the UK size shows 7 men’s 8 women’s, but I always thought they did not differentiate sizing for UK sizing. I’d say they fall just bigger than a normal UK 7. The suede is nice on these and they have good wiggle room in the toes, which I definitely need. Thanks

Nice shoe. Springbok stitching isn’t lekker

I like the shoe, it’s comfortable. I agree that you probably need to get slightly smaller size as mine are probably a little bigger than what is typical for the size ordered. Stitching for the Springbok emblem isn’t awesome, but serves the purpose.
